You can download a PDF of the list <here> The needlebook and scissors fob together call for nine different fibers, all of them in small quantities. I’ve marked the general weights of her suggested fibers to make it easer for anyone who wants to swap fibers. Cindy says that the project is ideal for anyone who wants to share fibers with another stitcher or to do it as a stash-reduction project.
Autumn Splendor was the “Designers Across America” project in the September 2011 issue of Needle Arts. The instructions were available from the national office until the end of December. If you ordered the instructions, then you’re “good to go” for the project. If you didn’t order the instructions, you’re not out of luck. Cindy agreed that the chapter could reproduce her instructions provided that anyone who wanted the instructions made a $7.50 donation to EGA. So, our treasurer will be collecting donations at the February and March meetings and copies of the instructions will be available at those meetings, too.
